Aesthetics by Janelle ships to all valid Australian postal addresses.

Do you accept returns?

If you have received a product in error, or the product is faulty, we will replace it immediately and provide for any postage charges incurred.

You can expect to receive your replacement within two weeks of shipping your return. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes for your replacement to be delivered (2 to 4 business days). In most cases you will receive your replacement more quickly, but allowing for shipping delays is sometimes necessary.

Product returns for an incorrect order must be unused and in good condition.

All returns must be advised within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you have purchased your Jan Marini product elsewhere, please get in touch with the clinic you purchased it from and they will assist further.

Can you help with a product I bought from an unauthorised website?

We are only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on aestheticsbyjanelle.com.au.

We are not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through our website or one of our Authorised Stockists.
